Convenient ways to pay your monthly premiums
You will receive an invoice each month for your Blue MedicareRx (PDP) plan premium, unless you have selected an automatic premium payment option or you qualify for Extra Help to pay for your premium. Your premium payment is due on the 1st of each month for that month’s coverage.
While you can always choose to pay your premium each month by check or money order, choosing an automatic payment option makes paying for your coverage convenient and effortless. Choose any of our three automated payment options and say goodbye to checks, postage and due dates. For your convenience, you can choose to have your payment made monthly by:
- Withdrawal from your bank account (to enroll, sign and date the ACH section at the bottom of your premium invoice, and return it with your check for the month’s coverage)
- Deduction from your Social Security or Railroad Retirement Board Benefits
- Charge to your credit card

You are not required to select automatic payments, and you can cancel an automatic payment option at any time and return to paper invoices.
